1925 Motion Picture Theatres Equipment & Accessories Price List – Atlanta, Ga.

A rare vintage publication titled “Revised Price List On Equipment and Accessories For Motion Picture Theatres Effective January 1, 1925” from the Southern Theatre Equipment Co. of Atlanta, Georgia. Measures approx. 5-1/2 ins. x 8-1/4 ins. and features 8 pages of equipment w/ prices for movie theatres – everything from lenses and reels to admission tickets. This publication is in complete but poor condition. Covers are detached and have some tone. Also note the front cover has what appears to be some insect activity at top and bottom and some bends to lower corner. Rear cover has a few stains and a diagonal crease. Text section remains bound together but requires some careful handling to ensure it remains so. In all fairness, this price list is on somewhat flimsy paper so the fact it survives at all is remarkable. It was probably not intended to be used more than a few months but has survived almost 100 years. As a bonus, a laid in order form comes with the publication which is a rare item on its own merits. All told, a rare item from the early days of the movie theatre business not likely to be seen often and well worthy of preservation or restoration. Questions gladly answered.
