- Condition: Used: This shakuhachi is KINKO style "tokiwa". It is approximately 48 cm (18.9 in) long and adjusted to E. It is made from leguminous wood called “shitan”. Joints are made of plastic, metal and cork. There is no looseness in the joints. This shakuhachi has traces of remodeling to 7 holes, and 2 holes have been filled. It can be played with 7 holes as well as 5 holes. The body of the shakuhachi is beautiful with no major scratches. Since it is second-hand goods, there are small scratches, but there is no problem in playing. (Please check the photo for details) Perfect for beginners to practice.
